We have less than 2 weeks left until the 2026 Democratic primary in Illinois on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026! As we head into March, our team is hard at work preparing for election day by canvassing, distributing yard signs, and wrapping up our town hall series. In this week’s newsletter, we’ll share what Dylan has been up to lately, plus some of the events you can look forward to throughout District 13.

Dylan spoke with Champaign-Urbana community members at our Urbana Town Hall on February 28th.
Canvassing Opportunities:
Knocking Doors
Dylan and our hardworking team have been knocking doors all throughout District 13, from the northeast of the district in Champaign-Urbana all the way down to Belleville. Sign up for a door knocking shift near you here.
Phone Banking
Our team has been calling Democratic voters 7x a week to reach as many people as possible before the March 17th primary. Sign up for a virtual phone banking shift here (no experience necessary).

Over 70 CU community members attended our Town Hall in Urbana at the end of February.

Next Friday, March 13th, join Dylan for his upcoming event, People-First Politics: A Discussion on Centering the Working Class in Policy. This discussion will trace the historical, economic, and political forces that led to today's climate, and will seek to highlight how a focus on centering the working class is the only way forward for politicians that truly want to serve their constituents. Get more information or sign up here.

Early voting started on February 5th. With less than 2 weeks until the primary, your donation to our grassroots campaign would have more impact than ever. A lot of District 13 voters either vote by mail or through early voting, so it’s extremely important our canvassing efforts reach them as soon as possible.
Each donation helps us afford to purchase yard signs and literature, expand our advertising reach, and connect with voters in a variety of ways. With your help, we can build an America that’s affordable for all Americans, with a government that’s truly accountable to the people.
